Mandy Pearson and Nutrition consultant Rachel Bartholomew (Dip ION MBANT) run an on-going weight-loss group at Cedar Farm Galleries, in Lancashire one evening a week.

What is Mindful eating: Mindful Eating is a holistic approach to weight loss which takes into account nutritional, psychological, and spiritual principles to help you change your eating habits and maintain your ideal weight for good. It is a way of understanding your own patterns and transforming your mindset to enable you to achieve the results you want and keep them. Many programmes work on a superficial level, without ever exploring the deep-seated unconscious reasons why people eat the way they eat. The Mindful Eating Programme will challenge you to examine your beliefs and programming around food whilst providing you with practical tools, techniques and up to the minute nutritional advice and insight that will allow you to make the changes you need to make to get the results you want.
